Sauna Lodge is a mobile sauna concept which promotes the use of contrast therapy. The sauna we utilize is an authentic Scandinavian build with a wood fired heater manufactured in Finland. Included with our set up is a galvanized steel tub and a barrel designed for the purpose of a cold plunge.
